Job Description:
Responsible for providing technical direction to the development team on various aspects including application design, data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs. Serves as a hands-on team leader in the integration of solutions and construction of applications. Responsible for detailed documentation of as-is architecture and for new application solutions.
Job Requirements:
Experience in Siebel CRM implementations with Fortune 500 companies, especially with versions 8.0 and higher. Strong technical knowledge, with hands-on experience in systems development in a variety of computing architectures and environments. Thorough understanding of software development life cycles, development and technology tools, testing methodologies, and requirements gathering. Must have strong technical expertise in the UML, Tiered architecture, Relational Databases, Web development, and object oriented methodologies.
B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required. Requires 5 to 10 years of experience in IT with a minimum of five years in application systems design.
Good communication skills are integral to this position. Prior experience working with offshore teams would be highly desired. Prior experience working with Agile software development is highly desired.
