SharePoint Workflows*

 

Summary: Develop electronic workflows using SharePoint/ShareVis technologies and SQL Server for database management. The solution will make use of SharePoint/ ShareVis infrastructure for forms, workflows, rules and document management. We’re looking for self starters and people who have these skills and can hit the ground running.

Education/Experience

o 5-7 years related experience required

Responsibility level

o Exercises independent judgment with direction from supervisor

Skills

o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills (Required) o Ability to work independently and manage one’s time (Required) o Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required) o Knowledge of computer hardware and software (Required) o Knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in production of process workflows (Required) o Knowledge of computer software, such as Adobe, Java, SQL, SharePoint, ShareVis, etc (Required) o Knowledge of InfoPath Forms design and some basic knowledge of .Net with SharePoint Object Model.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

o Design, build or maintain electronic workflows, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools and digital media o Write, design, or edit SharePoint/ShareVis workflow content o Perform workflow updates o Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems o Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices or operation systems o Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria or choose solutions o Develop or validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces
