Job Description

Application Engineer – Documentum

The Documentum Application Engineer position involves directly supporting the development, installation, configuration and customization of Documentum components. Daily responsibilities will include supporting the configuration of Documentum to meet the business requirements. This individual will work closely with the development team, and will be a member of the Operations and Maintenance team.

Primary Duties:

- Identify and execute product integration tasks and work with the architects to make sure product use is consistent with overall program direction/ standards.

- Develop code and work with Systems engineering group to ensure functional requirements are met.

- Develop code and work with software development organization to ensure functional requirements are met.

- Serve as first POC with product vendor for support and integration issues.

- Integrate with other COTS products, configure, customize, develop, install. trouble shoot and provide operational support.

Citizenship: US Citizenship is required.

Clearance: A MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) is required.

Skills Required:

- Experience in Documentum software installation on single and multi node environments.

- Experience in software configuration and able to support the team in any back-end processing issues.

TIBCO-BW Developer - Senior

Job Description

SAP FICO Consultant (On Site Deployment Support)

This position is expected to provide technical support for realization and deployment of the Navy ERP solution. Position is expected to execute and support the deployment of the SAP solution into sites, providing over-the-shoulder support to impacted end-users as well as providing a channel for end-user-facing activities and feedback. Position requires in-depth knowledge and experience in business processes being deployed and is expected to be a subject matter expert configuring and working with associated SAP modules. SAP training expertise and DoD/Navy experience is desired.

Specific Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with cutover and business validation activities

- Providing post go-live help desk support, assisting and resolving end user support problems, resolving system defects ('break/fix'), and analyzing proposed improvements or changes to the Navy ERP solution and system

- Supporting the training team with the delivery of train-the trainer and end-user training in preparation for go-live

- Providing data migration Support

- Preparing/conducting briefings, demos or training sessions

- Supporting development of training work products.

Experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP FI/CO to handle:

Skills needed include:

- In-depth knowledge of specific functional area and SAP module(s) being deployed

- SAP configuration and troubleshooting expertise

- Experience delivering technical training (SAP preferred)

- Experience with several ERP implementations

Education and/or Experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, and 5 plus years of SAP training, troubleshooting, and/or configuration experience, some of which is SAP 4.7/ECC 5.0.

Office Skills:

- Must have working knowledge of the MS office suite

- Strong oral and written communication skills

- Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills

Work Location: Varies - will travel to customer sites

Work Hours: Onsite coverage is required M-Th from 08:00AM-6:00PM EST. Must be willing to be on-call for remote support outside of standard business hours.

Travel Requirement: Primary location Annapolis facility; will require extensive (90%) travel to deployment locations
